A vision book is a collage of images and words that embodies your vision for the future. It serves as a constant reminder of the life you want to create and is a powerful tool for focusing on and attracting your heart's desires.
In this workshop, we will use visualization, discussion, journaling and creative arts to discover and give shape to your life's dreams. First, we begin by exploring your passions and values. Next, we draw on the insights gained to create a clear vision of your preferred future. Then, you construct your vision book using images and words that mirror and resonate with your vision. Finally, you will receive tools to help you overcome obstacles stay focused on your goals, and make your vision of your ideal life a reality.
This workshop will be filled with fun and inspiration.
You will leave with your personal vision book and:
- A clear vision for 2010 and beyond
- Personal affirmations to help you manifest your dreams and goals
- Encouragement and inspiration to stay focused on your goals
- A tip sheet of creative ways to use your vision book
Join us on Friday evening,February 6 and Saturday, February 7 for an exercise in consciously creating a 2010 that will meet your needs and fill you with purpose.

Pre-Workshop Phone Meeting:
To help you get the most from the workshop, there will be a pre-workshop PHONE meeting. If you are not able to attend, the call will be recorded. The call will help you organize and gather items you may want to include in your book and more.
Pre-Work:
Prior to the workshop you will receive pre-work to help you get the most out of the workshop. The pre-work will take approximately 30 - 45 minutes to complete.
